It will soon be possible to conclude a rental agreement for an apartment in Turkey digitally through the E-Devlet e-government portal.

Officials have promised to introduce an electronic contract registration system within 4 months.

The innovation will make the interaction between the owner and the tenant more transparent and should ideally protect both parties from fraud and abuse.
